Can I extend my stay?+
Yes, subject to availability. Most residents can extend in 3- or 6-month blocks.
What is included in the rent?+
Everything is fully included: designer furniture, fridge, stove & microwave, internet, electricity, water, heating, and building and apartment support. One bill, no surprises.
When can I move in?+
Apartments are available from our opening date. We'll confirm the exact handover window after your booking.
Do I need to bring anything?+
Just your suitcase. We provide fully furnished apartments with designer furniture, fridge, stove & microwave.
Can I register my address (Anmeldung) here?+
Yes. Every Livus apartment qualifies as a registered residence, and we provide the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung you need for your Anmeldung at the Bürgeramt.
Is parking available?+
Yes — parking spaces can be added to any apartment for an extra monthly fee, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?+
Small pets are welcome on request. Just let us know in your enquiry so we can confirm.
How do I pay?+
Monthly rent is paid by SEPA direct debit. The deposit is paid once before move-in.
Can I move in as a couple?+
Yes. Most layouts can be booked for two — just tick the option in the enquiry form and we'll confirm.
